Dr. Samir Tadha, LVI Dentist Dr. Tadha received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1999. He later furthered his education at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry where he received prestigious postgraduate training in the latest techniques in cosmetic procedures. Dr. Tadha is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Society for Dental Aesthetics, American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Tri-County Dental Society. Dr. Tadha’s main focuses include implant placement, periodontal procedures, smile makeovers, porcelain veneers, and aesthetic dentures. Dr. Tadha enjoys spending time with his family and playing cricket in his free time.


Lawrence H. Cooper D.D.S., M.A.G.D.t Dr. Lawrence Cooper received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1968 when he graduated with honors from University of Illinois College of Dentistry, Pediatric Specialty in 1970 and his Master of General Dentistry in 2002. After graduating, Dr. Cooper began working as an Associate Professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry until 1973, all the while working in a private practice. Working out of a private practice since 1970, Dr. Cooper has lived by his slogan of "We Cater To Cowards" and enjoys making his frightened patients feel like family in our office. He welcomes children, teens, and frightened adults with open arms and keeps them coming back. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Fellow Federation Dental International, California Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and 15 grandchildren in his spare time.

Annette Melendez, Registered Dental Hygienistr Annette entered the field of dental hygiene 12 years ago. She graduated from New York City Technical College in 1996 and furthered her education at Hunter College in 2000 and University of Southern California in 2006. She has been extensively trained in the use of ultrasonic cleaner for a more effective and comfortable "under-the-gums" cleaning, as well as hand scaling and polish for the removal of tartar and stains. Her goal is to help maintain optimal oral health through frequent recalls and education. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs and interior design.
Courtney Rounds, Clinical Assistant Courtney has been assisting since 2007. She has a broad range of knowledge in the dental field, varying from general, periodontal, and cosmetic procedures to sedation and implant placement. She has attended many seminars, including the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with Dr. Tadha and keeps up to date with the most current regulations. Courtney and her husband like to go to the river with family and friends every chance they get.
